Hard copy of the Application Form and documents should not be sent to the Federal Board as online applications serve the purpose. However, if the applicant has passed his/her examination on or before 1989, he/she should send scanned copie(s) of relevant documents at the E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, Or hard copie(s) may be sent to the following mailing address along with application tracking ID:

The verification fee for each document is Rs.300 for inland student and US$ 20 for overseas students. If you have paid the fee for one document and checked/ requested more than one document , the board will issue the document of latest Examination.
Board will not be responsible for misplacement of the verified document if the postal address given below is incorrect.
