INSTRUCTIONS

  • Download online Challan for your payment purpose by clicking onOnline Challan.
  • Fill the Application form electronically/online carefully.
  • NOTE: Your application form will be processed after your fee Verification. Therefore, bank Challan number shall be written correctly.
  • The candidates who get changed their subject(s)/group are not eligible to appear in supplementary examination.
  • Permission once granted shall not be Withdrawn/Cancelled.
  • Board will not be responsible for misplacement of the document if the postal address given below is incorrect.
  • Documents shall be issued within one working day after varification of fee and submission of complete application form
  • *Upload Principal Permission letter (Only for Regular Students)
  • Max Size 2MB
